It was curiosity for a new type of workout that originally brought Julie to hot yoga. She was
immediately hooked by how the classes made her feel physically and mentally. She got way
more than a new workout. As she continued to practice, her curiosity piqued again with a
desire to gain a deeper understanding of yoga’s principles and teachings. This led her to
participate in yoga teacher training for her own self-improvement and to bring yoga to others. She is
very grateful for the opportunity to share what she has learned with others and is hoping they gain as
much from practicing yoga as she has.
